GTM Operator (Outbound)

We're Influee, a leading UGC platform enabling seamless collaboration between creators and brands/agencies. Active in 30+ markets and trusted by 100,000+ creators, we're entering a new phase of growth, and agencies are one of the most promising channels we're building outbound muscle around.

The Purpose of This Role

You'll own outbound to prospective clients, with a current focus on performance, marketing, and UGC agencies: booking meetings for the closing team by writing messaging that actually speaks to how your buyers work and what they struggle with. This is a messaging-led role: you're judged on what you write and how well it lands, not on the tooling you assemble.

What you'll actually be doing

• Own outbound to performance, marketing, and UGC agencies: booking meetings for closers, not closing.
• Write the messaging yourself: agency-specific angles around white label, client margin, creator sourcing cost, and retainer expansion.
• Test messaging relentlessly: offers, hooks, formats, and sequencing across email and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain agency segmentation by service line, client type, size, and region, so the angle matches the agency.
• Feed what lands back into positioning so the whole company's agency story improves.

Who we're looking for

• You've booked meetings via cold email and LinkedIn at volume, without losing message quality.
• Reading a business model fast and knowing what actually matters to the person on the other end: that's the GTM instinct we're after.
• Our clients' world is either already familiar territory, or something you pick up fast.
• Our outbound focus will shift across segments, and you adapt right along with it.
• (Nice to have) Time spent directly at a performance, marketing, or UGC agency.
