The Operations HR Manager supports Retail Operations by delivering effective Human Resources solutions that drive business performance across airport locations. Acting as a trusted HR partner, this role provides guidance on people-related matters, ensures compliance with labor regulations and company policies, and contributes to the successful implementation of HR strategies, organizational changes, and employee development initiatives.

- Partner with Retail Operations leaders and managers to provide HR guidance and support on day-to-day people matters.
- Support the implementation of global and local HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Build a strong understanding of operational challenges and business needs to contribute to effective HR decision-making.
- Advise managers on HR solutions, employee relations matters, and organizational change initiatives.
- Manage labor relations activities, including liaison with unions and employee representatives, disciplinary processes, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor and manage employee absences in partnership with operational leaders, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support the implementation of Health & Safety programs and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Coordinate training activities and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify and address capability-building needs.
- Manage airport credential applications and access requirements for employees and visitors.
- Support workforce planning activities, including staff roster preparation and operational HR administration.
- Promote a customer-focused HR service that enhances employee experience and operational effectiveness.
