The Global Data Scientist Specialist will leverage advanced analytics and data science to unlock insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence across Avolta's global IT landscape. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable intelligence, enabling innovation and supporting the company's vision of revolutionizing the travel experience. This role will be based in Madrid with hybrid flexibility.
Qué harás
- Identifies emerging analytic trends, data needs, and innovative solutions to address business challenges
- Collaborates with the Analytics Business Analysts and key stakeholders to generate hypotheses and develop models that answer impactful business questions
- Design and implement statistical models to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
- Parses, cleanses, and manipulates structured and unstructured data for analysis
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of models
- Works with data sourcing teams to develop, test, implement, and maintain analytic models, including attribute identification, exploratory data analysis, and data transformation
- Partners with business teams to review data sources, resolve inconsistencies, and validate business logic for data discovery initiatives
- Performs advanced text, quantitative, statistical, financial, and operational analyses.
- Designs, builds, and scales end-to-end ML pipelines, enabling efficient data processing, model training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments
