Portuguese Tourism Agent Support - Malaga | Spain

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, youll be assisting clients with booking upgrades and tourism-related inquiries. Your role will involve handling calls and written communications while providing an outstanding customer experience. You'll be part of a multicultural and dynamic environment, helping customers from across the globe.

What You'll Do:

• Support customers with booking upgrades, changes, or general inquiries

• Offer friendly, solution-oriented service via phone, email, and chat

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues

• Ensure all interactions meet quality and compliance standards

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and procedures

Languages Required:

• Portuguese (Native)

• Spanish (C1)

• English (Minimum B2)

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in customer service (ideally in tourism or hospitality)

• Excellent communication skills and empathy

• Comfortable using digital tools and working in a structured environment

• Availability to start training on 4th June 2025

• Located in or willing to relocate to Málaga
