About the role

You will own Enginy's product strategy and execution, driving initiatives from discovery to delivery with high standards of quality and impact.

Product & Execution

  • Own the product roadmap and align it with business and customer needs
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, prototyping, launch, and iteration
  • Translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics
  • Ensure high product quality, maturity, and scalability
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep the team moving

Discovery & Research

  • Lead user research and discovery efforts
  • Identify pain points and validate opportunities
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve the product

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
  • Communicate clearly and build trust across stakeholders
  • Prototype solutions independently to validate ideas quickly
  • Use AI tools to improve workflows and speed up execution

About you

  • 4-6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or tech
  • Strong experience in user research and product discovery
  • Proven ability to own products end-to-end with high autonomy
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, quality, and accountability
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven mindset with strong prioritization skills
  • Background in tech or design is a plus
