Enginy AI is a Barcelona-based startup transforming how B2B sales teams generate pipeline. Our AI-driven technology automates manual prospecting so sales teams can focus on what matters most: closing deals.

We're looking for an Account Manager DACH to own the retention and growth of our German-speaking customer base. You will manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded, seeing value from the product, and renewing long-term.

About the role

As Account Manager DACH, you will manage a portfolio of customers in the German-speaking market and ensure they remain successful and engaged with Enginy.

Customer Retention

  • Proactively manage accounts to minimize churn and secure renewals
  • Identify risks early and build engagement plans with customers

Customer Success

  • Lead onboarding and ensure customers reach their first value milestone
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Account Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, health scores, and renewal timelines
  • Use product usage and feedback to manage account health

About you

    • Native German speaker
    • 2-5 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
    • Comfortable using CRM and customer success tools
