🎯 Contract: Temporary contract of 1 month

💰 Salary: 18.735 € gross/year

📅 Schedule: 38,5 hours/week, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00

One week of unpaid training prior to the start of the contract on November 9th.

💡Your day-to-day responsibilities:

✔️Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers

✔️Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery

✔️Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales
