Introduction

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers to help design, develop, test, and improve scalable software systems that support real-world products and services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access (identity & access +100 tools)
- Device lifecycle management (onboarding, off-boarding, and hardware provisioning)
- Troubleshooting: hardware, software, and network-related issues
- IT documentation and process improvement initiatives
- Working on ticketing systems
- Exposure to security best practices (access control, Microsoft/Google groups, device compliance)
- Supporting remote and hybrid work environments (SaaS tools, collaboration platforms)
- Basic networking and infrastructure exposure (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity issues)
- Automation and efficiency improvements
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- Basic understanding of programming and software development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with at least one modern programming language or development framework.
- Interest in building user-facing features, system logic, or data-driven solutions.
- Curiosity about software quality, performance, and good engineering practices.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Conversational level English communication skills.
- 0 - 2 years of experience
