As our business grows, the number of exciting people initiatives grows with it, and we're looking for a new colleague to partner with our team to bring these to life.

We are looking for a Martech, Automation & CRO Manager to build and scale the execution engine of growth, from user acquisition funnel optimization to AI-driven automation and personalization. This is a hybrid Growth Product + Growth Engineering role. You will own the systems that turn traffic into value and scale that value efficiently combining CRO, MarTech infrastructure, and AI-driven automation into a single, cohesive growth engine. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data, ensuring that growth is not just optimized but systematically scalable.
What you'll be doing : 

Own the conversion & growth execution product

  • Take ownership of the full acquisition and activation funnel (click → registration → deposit → retention signals)
  • Define and execute the roadmap for conversion and lifecycle improvements
Build a scalable CRO & experimentation system
  • Develop a high-velocity testing engine (A/B, multivariate, personalization)
  • Optimize landing pages, flows, and user journeys across markets
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact (conversion, revenue, LTV)
  • Coordinate creative effectiveness A/B test ensuring a good measurement framework
Own MarTech & automation infrastructure
  • Design and scale marketing automation across acquisition
  • Build and optimize systems leveraging CDP, and data pipelines
  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing tools and product systems

Leverage AI to scale growth

  • Implement AI-driven solutions for bidding, segmentation, personalization, and creative generation
  • Build LLM-powered workflows for campaign creation, insights, and reporting
  • Move from manual execution to automated, always-on systems
Bridge Marketing, Product & Engineering
  • Partner with Product teams to embed marketing into the product experience
  • Work with Engineering on scalable infrastructure (APIs, event tracking, data flows)
  • Align user acquisition with product onboarding and retention
Drive efficiency and scalability
  •  Eliminate manual workflows and reduce operational complexity
  • Enable the organization to scale output without proportional headcount growth

We are looking for someone who :

  • Translates complex technical findings into concise, high-impact summaries that build stakeholder confidence and drive executive decision-making.
  • Has exceptional emotional intelligence, consistently building "colleague confidence" and mitigating conflict, particularly across Growth, Design, and Data teams.
  • Is highly proactive in identifying process bottlenecks and maintaining independent project momentum.
  • Has strong experience in CRO, MarTech, automation, or growth product roles.
  • Has hands-on experience with CDP systems and experimentation tools.
  • Has strong understanding of user funnels, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Has experience leveraging AI tools and automation frameworks in marketing.
  • Is able to build systems and work closely with technical teams (Engineering, Data).
  • Has at least 5-7 years in CRO, MarTech, Growth, or related roles.
  • Has proven impact on conversion, revenue, or lifecycle metrics at scale.
  • Has experience with tools such as Braze, Segment, Salesforce, Fullstory / Hotjar, Optimizely or similar stacks.
  • Is familiar with AI applications in marketing and product environments.
