Client Distribution Leader, Iberia Madrid, Spain An exciting opportunity to be part of our Distribution team as Client and Distribution Leader for Iberia. You will be in charge of understanding clients and brokers' needs, matching them with AXA XL's expertise and appetite, articulating AXA XL's innovative and customized solutions to their risk management needs. Reporting to the Head of Distribution, Spain & Portugal, you will be a key driver in accelerating profitable sales growth and client retention, developing a pipeline of opportunities for Underwriting units, ensuring that clients get best in class services, monitor customer satisfaction and make sure AXA XL acts accordingly. This is a regulated role under the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity regime. What you'll be doing What will your essential responsibilities include? Key metrics for the relevant areas will be established and performance tracked against same. Manage strategic client and broker relationships across Spanish and Portuguese accounts to drive long-term engagement and value. Promote AXA XL's product solutions, increasing product penetration and cross-selling opportunities in line with our appetite. Maintain frequent contact with clients and brokers to strengthen relationships, share updates on product offerings, results, and new developments. Collaborate with underwriting and functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality service and support the development of new distribution channels. Lead efforts to grow pipeline opportunities by marketing AXA XL's expertise and increasing submission flow from brokers. Support strategic growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, monitoring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the achievement of financial targets (GWP, retention, and profitability). You will report to the Head of Distribution, Spain & Portugal. What you will bring We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Proven experience in senior roles within client and broker relationship management, preferably in the financial or incurance industry or in similar functions and responsibilities. Knowledge of underwriting processes, insurance operations and knowledge of risk factors, in commercial lines insurance.
