Sales Development Representative

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of opening new business opportunities, identifying key decision-makers, securing high-quality meetings, and consistently contributing to the sales pipeline. We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in technology, digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital transformation services, and who are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels within an organization. Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls (cold calling) on a daily basis to identify and generate new business opportunities. Research and analyze target accounts to personalize outreach and deliver relevant, value-driven conversations. Qualify leads and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and effective handover of opportunities, supporting the growth of the sales pipeline. Qualifications Strong phone skills, with confidence and resilience to handle a high volume of outbound calls. Solid knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and basic sales/prospecting tools. Strategic mindset, with the ability to understand the market and adapt messaging to different profiles. Based in Alicante, with availability to work on-site as part of the local team. The position will be in Spanish.
