We are looking for an health, Safety & Security Manager to join a leading company in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry in Madrid.

Qué harás

1. Security & Public Safety

  • Design, plan and oversee security operations.
  • Manage access control and emergency and self-protection plans.
  • Act as the main point of contact and coordinate operations with law enforcement agencies, local authorities and emergency services.
  • Lead crisis management, developing contingency plans and coordinating a rapid response to any emergency.
  • Manage the security budget, optimising resources and coordinating private security providers.



2. Health & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Directly oversee safety during critical operational phases, including temporary structures, working at height (rigging), logistics and electrical installations.
  • Develop protocols to protect all personnel involved.
  • Investigate incidents, identify areas for improvement and coordinate safety audits.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across operational teams and coordinate the necessary training.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • University degree in Engineering, Safety or a related field, together with specialist training or a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • At least 10 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations relating to security, occupational health and safety, and public safety.
  • Proven experience managing complex operations and coordinating multiple suppliers.
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented, with the ability to remain calm, make decisions under pressure and manage crises effectively.
  • Fluent English is essential.
