Digital Product Manager (Web & CMS)

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join a global organisation operating in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will manage end-to-end digital projects, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital experience projects, from requirements gathering through launch and optimisation.
• Manage websites, landing pages, localisation initiatives and digital campaigns across international markets.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define objectives, priorities, requirements and delivery plans.
• Own project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into user stories, digital requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Review digital designs, content structures and agency deliverables to ensure quality, accessibility and consistency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external agencies and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, analytics monitoring and the adoption of new digital capabilities.

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Experience, Digital Delivery, Web Product Management or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing digital projects from inception to launch.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities in international environments.
• Experience working within multicultural European or global organisations.
• Solid understanding of CMS platforms and digital delivery processes.
• Experience within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Biotechnology or other regulated industries is highly valued.

• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience with Sitecore CMS is highly desirable. Experience with Headless CMS architectures is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Confluence and Figma is considered a plus.

• Permanent contract 45000-60000€ gross salary.
• Hybrid working model (Barcelona)
