Company Description

QuantumDrive is a startup building digital tools that remove "range anxiety" from electric vehicle drivers. Our innovation project focuses on sustainable mobility and smart energy, developing real-world EV route planners, charging maps and APIs that make it simple to plan trips, find reliable chargers and understand how far an EV can really go.

We are backed by Lanzadera, the largest startup accelerator in the Iberian Peninsula, where we work alongside hundreds of other high-growth companies in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Our tech powers:

  • A B2C app that helps drivers plan real-world EV trips and find reliable chargers.
  • Widgets & APIs that dealers, marketplaces, rental and carsharing operators embed in their websites/apps to convert EV doubts into qualified leads and better customer experiences.

Our mission is to accelerate EV adoption by giving drivers and businesses simple, trustworthy tools to answer the question "will this EV work for my real life?". Our vision is a world where electric mobility is the default choice because it feels convenient, reliable and transparent.

Position

Position Overview

We're looking for a Product Analyst to help us scale-up both our B2C and B2B business lines. The internship is directly connected to our innovation project in digital EV mobility: you will work on understanding users, analysing data and shaping features that improve our route planner, charging map and API products.

You'll work directly with the founders on:

  • Understanding users and customers (drivers, dealers, marketplaces, fleets).
  • Turning insights into product requirements, UX improvements and experiments.
  • Helping prioritize the roadmap using simple frameworks (RICE, impact vs. effort).
  • Talking directly with external providers (e.g. data / infrastructure partners) and helping integrate their APIs into our platform by organizing documentation, aligning data formats and assisting with basic integration tests.

This is a hands-on role: less "PowerPoint strategy", more "talk to users and providers, make sense of data, and help ship things".

Key Outcomes

By the end of the internship, the candidate will:

  • Gain practical experience in product discovery: interviewing users and customers, mapping pain points, and identifying opportunities for our EV route planner and charging solutions.
  • Develop skills in product analysis: structuring problems, using simple metrics and experiments to support decisions, and maintaining a clear backlog of product ideas.
  • Contribute to concrete product outputs, such as:
    • User stories and lightweight requirement documents for new features.
    • Benchmarks and market maps of EV mobility and charging solutions.
    • UX improvement proposals based on user feedback and test results.
    • Summaries of API provider capabilities and integration tests.

All activities are directly linked to our innovation project's objectives: improving the accuracy, reliability and usability of our EV planning tools so that more drivers and partners can confidently adopt electric mobility.

Type of Stream

  • This internship fits the "Aspiring Innovators (entrepreneur focused internship)" stream: the intern will work in a startup environment, close to the founders, and will participate in the development and validation of an innovative product in sustainable mobility.
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Degree level: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Computer Science, Design, or related fields.

  • Technical skills:
    • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) for basic analysis.
    • Ability to structure information clearly in documents and presentations.
    • Basic understanding of digital products (apps, web platforms, APIs).
    • Interest in learning simple prioritization and product frameworks (e.g. RICE).

  • Soft skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Clear written and verbal communication in English (Spanish is a plus).
    • Curiosity and willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
    • Proactivity, sense of ownership and ability to work in a small, fast-moving team.
    • Ability to interact with external stakeholders (users, partners, providers) in a professional and empathetic way.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Previous internship or project experience in product management, business analysis, UX, consulting or data analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Notion, Jira/Linear or similar.
  • Interest in electric vehicles, mobility, energy or climate-tech.
  • Basic understanding of APIs or software development processes.
