As Production Responsible, you oversee the full manufacturing process, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. You lead and develop the production team, coordinate process improvements, and work closely with management and other departments to align production with market needs.

• Lead and collaborate on actions necessary to meet quality standards and delivery times
• Collaborate to implement continuous improvements in production processes
• Lead and develop the production team, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate on the proper functioning and improvement of quality controls at all stages of production
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with management and other company departments to ensure alignment of production goals with market needs

Your profile as a Production Responsible:

• Industrial, Electromechanical, Automatic, or Chemical Engineering. (We may consider other studies if you have extensive professional experience in positions like the required one)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial environments (preferably in the automotive industry, ideally in the manufacture of friction components such as brake pads and/or other spare parts)
• Experience in team management, supervision, and scheduling of production processes (ideally with shift work)
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes (ideally brake pads, including mixing, pressing, curing, and grinding)
• Familiarity with industry quality and safety regulations (ISO, IATF, etc.)
• Leadership and ability to motivate teams
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
• Fluent Spanish and advanced level of English
