We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by carrying out administrative tasks. You can be part of the team. What would your day‑to‑day look like?

• You will support various administrative tasks that may arise daily in your workplace.
• End-to-end management of air freight shipments, taking into account customer needs and company policies.
• Coordination with airlines, handling agents, suppliers, carriers, and offices around the world.
• Coordination with other departments: customs, sales, and pricing.
• Negotiation of rates and space with airlines, carriers, and suppliers in general.
• Monitoring shipments and ensuring systems are kept properly updated.
• Managing and controlling shipment invoicing, including cost forecasting and control.
• You will work as part of your local team to achieve the company's objectives.
• In short: you are proactive and organized! You know how to make a difference in your area!

What do we expect from you?

• Required education: High School Diploma or Vocational Training (Mid- or Higher-Level). (Training in International Trade is a plus.)
• Previous experience in the sector (air freight - freight forwarding) will be valued.
• Experience with CargoWise C1 is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail, proactivity, and autonomy.
• Ability to work under pressure and set priorities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Intermediate English level required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Communication skills.
• Availability to work from 09:00 to 17:30.
