What will your day-to-day look like?
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers, managing the relationship end to end.
- Identify, develop, and maximize business opportunities within the existing portfolio and through new customer acquisition.
- Understand customer needs and clearly communicate them to operational teams, ensuring proper execution.
- Advise customers using a consultative approach and provide innovative solutions.
- Keep customers informed about new services, improvements, and company developments.
- Actively contribute to the sustainable growth of the business and the achievement of sales targets.
- Regular maintenance and expansion of the current customer portfolio.
