What we need
The best AI models in the world are only as good as the experts who teach and test them. Somebody has to find those experts, and every new project starts with the same question: can we get the right ones in front of it, fast? This role is the marketer who answers yes. Sovrano supplies verified European expertise to frontier AI labs, robotics companies and enterprise AI teams. Doctors, lawyers, engineers, linguists and researchers put their judgement to work on the data that trains and evaluates frontier models. Sovrano draws on a network of 400,000+ professionals, 100+ partner universities across Europe with EFMD certification, 23 European languages, its own EuroExec benchmark, and a funding round led by b2venture. Two audiences decide whether that works: clients on one side, experts on the other. Marketing covers both, and this role owns the expert side. Think of it as a forward deployed marketer. You report to the Head of Marketing, who guides the work: which channels to use, how Sovrano is presented to experts, and where your time goes. Day to day you work closely with the lead of Talent Operations & Community to understand the staffing needs of each project, then turn them into campaigns. A new project is announced on Monday. By the end of the week you have worked out where its experts are, built the campaign, put it live and can tell us what is working. Strategy on Monday, Figma on Tuesday, a paid test on Wednesday, an event on Thursday. Every campaign maps to real people joining real projects, so you know within days whether an idea worked. That breadth is the point, and it is also the hard part. The supply side tells you what each project needs, Marketing sets the direction and the standard, and most weeks you will be the one weighing which piece of work moves the numbers first.
