She/He will lead a sales group for Laboratory Solutions (LS) in south Spain, fully focused on driving growth, market share, and customer success across the LS portfolio. This role provides strategic direction, coaching, and operational guidance to the team, ensuring strong execution of the sales strategy.
The Sales Manager will work in close partnership with the Country Business Lead to define the sales approach, align resources, and secure competitive positioning of LS solutions in the Spanish market. A central element of this role is ensuring best-in-class CRM discipline, guaranteeing pipeline visibility, data accuracy, and actionable insights for decision-making.

- Ensure alignment and effective collaboration between the regional sales group and the broader commercial organization
- Provide structured feedback to Country Business Lead, Marketing, CRM and other stakeholders on local execution, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure rigorous CRM adoption and discipline across the team, with complete, accurate, and timely updates of opportunities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Drive forecast accuracy and sales visibility through CRM analytics and reporting.
- Use CRM insights to coach the team, prioritize opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor competitive activity and market intelligence within CRM tools to strengthen positioning and planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Demonstrated success in managing teams and driving sales growth.
