The Opportunity

We are looking for a Brands Talent Acquisition Graduate to join our Human Resources team in Barcelona. This program will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, with a primary focus on graduate recruitment.

It's a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a dynamic, global organization whilecontributing to the recruitment of Puig's next generation of talent.

What you'll get to do

Graduate Recruitment Support:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate roles.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

HR Generalist Activities:
Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Assist with maintaining employee records and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide support in other HR areas, such as training and HR operations.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Education :

Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or arelated field.
Experience:
Previous experience in HR or recruitment.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a passion for working in the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
