About the Role

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Consultants with experience across multiple Salesforce platforms. In this role, you will gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, design and implement declarative automation with Salesforce Flow, manage data quality and migrations, and support end-to-end project delivery. You will also lead small to mid-sized projects, facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams, and proactively optimize the Salesforce environment to enhance efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and document business needs through workshops and translate them into precise user stories.
• Design, configure, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions, including automation with Record-Triggered, Screen, and Schedule-Triggered Flows.
• Lead and manage full project lifecycles or project phases, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation (technical designs, process diagrams, UAT plans, end-user training).
• Manage data quality and migrations using tools like Data Loader.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and governance, ensuring maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and thought leadership initiatives, representing Nuvolar externally when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience across multiple clouds.
• Strong declarative configuration and administration skills; experience with complex automation and data migration.
• Familiarity with Lightning Platform, programmatic capabilities, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills (English and Spanish required).
• Project management experience for small to mid-sized concurrent projects.
• Salesforce certifications required: Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Data Cloud.
• Nice to have: Platform Developer, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud certifications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
