Qualifications

• 8+ years of Finance or Accounting experience in a fast-paced international environment, preferably in a technology company
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business, or other related field
• Excellent Excel skills and high degree of comfort working with large data sets.  Experience with financial planning software such as Adaptive Planning is highly preferred
• Strong financial acumen and fundamental understanding of accounting principles
• Experience managing and coaching direct reports is preferred
• A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Willingness to dive into the details while maintaining perspective of the big picture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; a strong collaborator who keeps their stakeholders informed in a timely and effectively manner
