What is important for the role:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in an international and fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Comfortable working with different stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Experience coordinating events, projects or cross-functional initiatives is a plus.
Fluent English (written and spoken); French would be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of our Executive Committee members in Madrid. Reporting directly to the Executive Committee member, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily activities, managing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and contributing to projects and initiatives across the business.
Your role will be:
- Manage a complex and fast-paced agenda, ensuring effective prioritisation and planning.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations and supporting materials, and follow up on key actions.
- Organise national and international travel, including all related logistics.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of projects and initiatives involving different teams across the business.
- Organise internal events, team activities and leadership meetings when required.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs, solve issues proactively and help drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate closely with other assistants and provide support whenever needed.
