As part of our brand-new Trading Team in Málaga, you'll be at the heart of the action-monitoring live games, setting odds, and making sure our sportsbook stays competitive and exciting. No two days are the same, and your decisions will have a direct impact on our betting platform.

● Keeping the Game Fair & Competitive - Adjusting odds and monitoring risk to deliver the best betting experience.
● Analyzing Trends - Tracking market movements, customer behavior, and betting patterns to make data-driven decisions.
● Optimizing the Offer - Spotting anomalies, fixing errors, and ensuring smooth operations.
● Collaborating & Innovating - Working with cross-functional teams to test new features and enhance our platform.

● Staying One Step Ahead - Helping with competitor analysis and supporting the bookmaking strategy team.

Must-haves:
● A passion for sports and a solid understanding of sportsbook products.
● Strong numerical and analytical skills-you love working with data!
● Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
● A proactive mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
● Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!).

Nice to have:
● Experience in the iGaming industry.
