About The Role

Knight Frank is recognised as a market leader in Edinburgh's prime residential sector, with an established reputation for discretion, professionalism, and results. We are now seeking a highly capable and motivated senior fee earner to join our leading Edinburgh City sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional at Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator level to play a key role in one of Scotland's most dynamic and prestigious residential markets.

Working alongside a successful and established team, you will be responsible for advising clients, securing new instructions, and handling the sale of some of Edinburgh's finest homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, including arranging and conducting viewings and securing sales
• Handle enquiries professionally across all channels - online, phone, and in person
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our internal systems
• Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and colleagues

About You

• Experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator, or 2-5 years in a sales or client-facing role
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and closing deals
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Strong knowledge of the Edinburgh property market, trends, and values is advantageous
• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and a genuine team player
