About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Industrial Services team in Shanghai to work with department heads, regional business development staff, and the internal desks at Knight Frank to achieve revenue targets.
As part of our Industrial Services team, you are expected to continually improve the quality and range of service within the department's scope of the business. You should meet the goals and objectives of Industrial Services team, with the ultimate purpose of contributing to the expansion and profitability of the Knight Frank business in China. You should actively conduct business development activities to achieve target revenue each financial year.
Your application should showcase your enthusiasm for the sectors we cover and demonstrate your ability in the following main areas, which we require daily at Knight Frank.

You are to actively identify new prospects for business development as well as dealing with client inquiries and taking proactive measures to follow up on their requirements. You are up to date with market trends, policies impact and industrial real estate market. You can operate independently as well as in a team environment. You are responsible for leasing investments consultancy and transaction management and are expected to perform analysis of necessary data for clients' decision-making and build a strong industrial business database. Government contacts are also a part of your role.

In your role, it will involve traveling to different locations for business/project meetings if necessary. Additionally, you will need to review work progress weekly and actively participate in team meetings to discuss existing and prospective projects.

You also need to ensure that all documents produced are in accordance with documented policies and are consistent with the message that the company is trying to convey about its mission and vision, for we hope our clients could receive a consistent and professional image of the company.

Qualifications

We are particularly interested in hearing from people with extensive experience in warehouse, logistics or operations, supply chain operations, and/or industrial real estate transactions. You should have a keen interest in Industrial Services, and you want to develop further your understanding of this industry.
You have at least 5-7 years of working experience and hold a bachelor's degree or above. Relevant experience in logistics or Industrial Real Estate would be an advantage. You are Proficient in both Chinese and English as language is essential for effective communication.

You are a responsible, proactive, and self-motivated team player, and embrace fast-paced environments with frequent change. Additionally, you also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
