  • Proactively manage the balance between scope, schedule, cost, and quality to support successful project delivery.
  • Take ownership of the engineering scope within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
  • Project wise reporting to a Project Director (PD) as part of the project core team while at the same time belonging to a department with Project Managers and Project Interface Managers.
  • Foster a culture of safety, integrity, collaboration, and accountability by taking ownership of responsibilities while supporting colleagues and contributing to business success.

Your Background

  • University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience leading complex projects, preferably within civil engineering, infrastructure, energy, or industrial environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify innovative and practical solutions to project challenges.
  • Experience with HVDC projects and/or PMI/PMP certification is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that values transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
