What will you do:

• Create marketing creatives for the Nibble product;

• Analyze the performance of creatives and develop new hypotheses based on the results;

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas;

• Collaborate closely with creative marketers, international teammates, and freelancers;

• Adapt creatives for different markets, considering localization and cultural context;

• Propose and drive your own ideas, with the opportunity to influence the product (your ideas may evolve into new features in the app);

• Share knowledge and contribute to team expertise.

What do you need to join us:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Graphic Designer;

• Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition;

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator);

• Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation and optimize workflows;

• High attention to detail and the ability to find quick, effective solutions;

• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work;

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher;

• Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Would be a plus:

• Experience with After Effects or CapCut.

• Performance-driven mindset: experience with testing and hypothesis validation.

• Experience analyzing competitors using Ads Library.
