Purpose of the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into actionable recommendations for Globeducate's international network of schools and central teams. This role focuses on enrolment planning, performance analysis, marketing effectiveness, financial insights, and operational efficiency. Acting as a partner to multiple business functions, the BI Associate will support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives across the organization.Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis and ReportingDesign, build, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Develop and automate analytical models and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.Monitor KPIs such as Cost per Enrolment (CPE), year-on-year growth, marketing ROI, and operational performance.2. Collaboration with Internal TeamsPartner with finance, operations, HR, commercial, marketing, and admissions teams to understand information needs and deliver BI solutions.Provide insights on enrolment pipeline performance, conversion rates, and lead generation efficiency across digital and offline channels.Collaborate with Operations to model processes and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency.3. Data Governance and Process ImprovementEnsure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting assets.Identify opportunities to improve targeting, segmentation strategies, and workforce productivity.Support strategic initiatives through executive-level presentations and advanced analytics.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.3-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, handling large datasets).Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design).Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.Ability to interpret technical information and communicate it clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (Infor, Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, or similar).Experience in financial or business modeling.Advanced English level required.Experience in marketing analytics, CRM data, and enrolment funnel reporting is a plus.Key CompetenciesAnalytical reasoning and critical thinking.Effective communication and stakeholder management.Results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.Proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and independence.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and across teams.
