Requisitos

Qualifications

Requirements:

+5 years of experience in video game production with a track record of shipped projects.
A portfolio showcasing realistic 3D environment art, or a clear ability to adapt to realistic visual styles.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, Substance suite and Z-brush. Blender can be optionally used.
Skilled in the creation of PBR assets and the PBR workflow in general.
Good eye for detail and asset organization.
Knowledge of video game art standards in general.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, contributing to a healthy team environment.

Nice to have:

Experience with related specializations: Lighting, Animation, Concept art, or Shader creation
Familiarity with other 3D plugins/software for procedural/automated asset creation.

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior 3D Environment Artist to join our team and help bring immersive, realistic game worlds to life.

Responsibilities:

Model, texture and integrate in-game environments based on concepts, 3D mock-ups and art direction specifications.
Creating the environment since its conception (Whitebox), to define spaces, as well as having the best balance between performance and visual quality.
Being responsible for keeping your own textures and materials within technical parameters and guides.
Contribute to keeping levels organized and taking care of necessary technical tasks (probes and other sub-systems).
Contribute to the optimization of both data and workflow.
Coordinate closely with the design teams in the level implementation process to ensure the result is the expected one.
Track and fix bugs during and after creating the levels.
Help and mentor Junior members in the team.
