Atención al Cliente Financiero - Alemán e Inglés C1 - Híbrido - Madrid

Your mission will be to provide customer service in the German and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.

If you are an ambitious person who enjoys customer contact, this is the ideal position for you!

What do we offer you?

• Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
• Full time 39 hours/week.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 8pm.
• Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
• Salary of €22k gross per year.

• Required languages: German Bilingual/Advanced and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.

• Required experience: Experience in customer service.

• Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.
