The Position

Ensure comprehensive operational support for Commercial Operations processes through the management, administration and maintenance of critical data, ensuring the quality, consistency and availability of the information required by commercial teams. Contribute to the proper implementation of locally and regionally defined tools, platforms and operational processes to support the Company's commercial planning, field execution and strategic decision-making.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Data Management & Governance: Administration and maintenance of commercial data across platforms, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and quality.
• Power BI Dashboard Development: Design, update, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards aligned with current organizational structures.
• Operational Monitoring & Analytics: Ongoing review of account plans, segmentation surveys, and performance data to support informed decision-making.
• Process Automation & Efficiency: Automation of operational and reporting processes, standardization of documentation, and optimization of recurring data and analytics workflows.

Requirements

• Professional Internship approved university student studying Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics Engineering or Data Science.

• Must not have completed their degree programme.

• Power BI & Excel advanced.

• English level: Basic.
