We are looking for an Influencer Manager who is a culturally fluent, socially native operator. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how creators and platforms actually behave, and how influencer marketing feeds directly into social strategy. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class influencer and creator programmes, from identification and casting through to activation, optimisation, and reporting. You will work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Paid teams to ensure influencer work is platform-native, culturally relevant, and commercially effective.

What You'll Have Delivered Elsewhere
- Achieved successful campaign outcomes by overseeing the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns for key accounts.
- Ensured seamless campaign execution by managing the full lifecycle from briefing and casting through to contracting, content approval, activation, and final reporting.
- Driven campaign effectiveness by identifying and evaluating high-potential nano, micro, and macro creators across relevant platforms.
- Cultivated authentic, long-term partnerships by conducting audience and creator fit assessments that move beyond transactional relationships.
- Delivered campaigns on time and within budget by maintaining strong operational management of timelines, budgets, stakeholder expectations, and usage rights.
- Elevated social strategies by integrating influential thinking, platform expertise, and creator insights into broader content pillars.
- Maximise ROI and inform future strategy by tracking performance data, interpreting engagement, reach, and conversion metrics to optimise in-flight campaigns and influence future planning.
- Ensured integrated and scalable campaign output by collaborating closely with Creative, Strategy, Paid, and Data teams to embed influencer ideas within wider campaign structures.

- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns within an agency or brand environment.
- Deep practical understanding of social platforms and creator ecosystems (Social-native).
- Clear understanding of how influencer marketing supports broader brand outcomes (Commercially aware).
- Actively plugged into creator culture and online communities (Culturally fluent).
