As we accelerate our growth, we're looking for a commercially sharp Account Executive to drive revenue and own the full sales cycle - from qualified opportunity all the way to signed contract.

Your Mission

The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by converting qualified opportunities into signed contracts. You will own the full sales cycle - from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close - while maintaining disciplined forecasting and strategic account management.

This isn't a standard AE role. As a fast-growing scale-up, we operate in a complex, fast-moving environment where no deal is the same. You'll engage directly with senior decision-makers, lead value-driven commercial discussions, and work cross-functionally with Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to land and expand strategic accounts.

What You Will Do

You will report to the CRO and work cross-functionally across the business. Your day-to-day would look like:

Revenue Ownership

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within your assigned territory or segment

  • Manage sales cycles from qualified opportunity to contract signature

  • Build and execute account strategies for target customers

  • Maintain high win-rate discipline and margin awareness

Sales Execution

  • Conduct structured discovery and qualification (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar)

  • Engage senior decision-makers and economic buyers

  • Lead product presentations, value workshops, and commercial discussions

  • Build compelling business cases aligned to customer objectives

  • Manage negotiation and contract alignment

Pipeline & Forecast Management

  • Develop, maintain, and report sales pipeline using Salesforce

  • Ensure accurate stage progression and forecast reliability

  • Participate in weekly deal reviews and risk mitigation discussions

  • Ensure pipeline coverage ratio supports ARR targets

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Business Development to ensure high-quality opportunity handover

  • Partner with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align on solution delivery

  • Provide structured market feedback to product and leadership

  • Represent the company at industry events and executive meetings

What You Bring To The Table

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • 5+ years in SaaS, OSS/BSS, or complex software sales

  • Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals

  • Experience selling into telecom, digital brands, fintech, IoT, or enterprise technology sectors

  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills - able to structure and close complex deals

  • Strategic selling capabilities with strong qualification and value-based selling

  • Tech-savvy: solid understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, CRM tools, and digital platforms

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills

  • Data-driven approach with experience using sales analytics, KPIs, and forecasting tools

  • Resilient in long, complex sales cycles - commercially mature and composed under pressure

  • A "prestigeless" personality - no one is above anyone or any task
