We're looking for a culturally obsessed Social Creative / Senior Social Creative to lead one of our most high-profile accounts. You live and breathe culture, turning it into impactful work that resonates with Gen Z and Millennials, with strong expertise in creator-led ideas. Partnering with Strategy, Production and Account Leadership, you'll elevate our creative output to deliver real impact in culture and for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead campaigns from brainstorm to execution, ensuring all ideas are rooted in "social thinking" and designed to stop the scroll.
• Develop platform-native concepts for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube that feel authentic and culturally relevant.
• Maintain a high standard of craft across art and copy, staying ahead of emerging social trends and tech to keep work innovative.
• Lead and inspire designers, editors, and creators to bring creative visions to life with precision and style.
• Present and sell-in creative concepts to stakeholders, articulating the cultural "why" and strategic value behind the work.
• Partner with Strategy, Account Leadership, and Production to deliver high-impact projects on time and on budget.
• Mentor junior creatives, fostering a culture of curiosity, creative bravery, and high-quality output.
• Contribute to agency-wide initiatives that push the boundaries of socially-led creativity.

Skills and experience

• 5-7+ years' experience in creative roles within leading digital or social-led agencies.
• Proven track record of creating social-first ideas that drive conversation and impact culture.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to sell-in complex ideas simply and persuasively.
• Deeply plugged into internet culture, creator trends, and the nuances of emerging platforms.
• Holistic brand builder who can define visual and verbal voices across art and copy.
• Experienced mentor who can provide clear creative direction while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines with a "can-do" approach.
