We are looking for a Client Operations Assistant to support and coordinate client-related operational processes, ensuring smooth service delivery and a high-quality customer experience. In this role, you will act as a key operational point of contact, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support the successful implementation of services and projects.

🖥️ Responsabilities:

  • Coordinate and support daily client-related operational processes, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of services.

  • Act as the main operational point of contact for client-related queries, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Prepare and monitor KPI reports related to service delivery and client operations, identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Client Managers and internal teams on strategic initiatives, product launches, and new service implementations.

  • Collect and share customer feedback with Product and Operations teams to contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Support the identification and implementation of corrective actions to optimise operational performance and customer experience.

📌 Minimum requirements:

  • Knowledge acquired through experience in client operations, customer service, or similar roles.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or customer management platforms.

  • Experience in tracking KPIs and reporting service performance metrics.

  • Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills with both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • English written and spoken at a professional level.
