At iWantGreatCare, part of the Top Doctors Group, we're looking for a Customer Succes & Onboarding Specialist B2B. This role sits at ensuring a smooth onboarding process, effective setup, and continuous operational support for our healthcare clients. Through data management, coordination of communications, preparation of materials, and development of key reports, this position plays a critical role in delivering an excellent client experience.

By fostering cross-functional collaboration and maintaining a proactive approach to quality and service, the role contributes to optimizing healthcare delivery through the iWGC platform.

🖥️ Responsibilities:

  • Support client onboarding and setup on the iWGC platform (organizations, journeys, users, alerts, tags, etc.). Maintain and update client data, including review migrations, edits, and configuration changes.

  • Coordinate SMS communications with clients and report related performance metrics.

  • Create and manage client-facing materials (e.g., business cards, posters, QR codes), coordinating with external providers when necessary.

  • Prepare and maintain training documentation to support client adoption.

  • Report client performance metrics and keep the features and KPIs matrix up to date.

  • Review and validate deliverables such as monthly reports before publication.

  • Process orders from clients and professionals, such as business cards.

  • Conduct data audits to ensure quality in transcription and thematic tagging.

📌 Minimum requirements:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Willingness to adapt to new processes and tools.

  • Technical skills: proficiency in tools such as Outlook, Dynamics, Admin, Zoom, Teams, and Excel.

  • Advanced computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, web browsing, and email.
