Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints
  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements

  • Polish: C2 level
  • Good fluency in English
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work night shift hours
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Benefits

What we offer

  • 38.5 hours/week. Day schedules between 10:00 - 18:00 pm, from Monday to Sunday
  • Salary: €18.756 gross/year - Temporary contract
