At Speexx, Revenue Operations is a strategic function that ensures our revenue engine is predictable, scalable, and trustworthy.

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring that our Lead-to-Cash flow produces numbers the company can safely run on. You will help design and monitor controls so that deals are clean, bookable, and correctly reflected across CRM and downstream systems - before issues impact forecast accuracy, billing, or retention.

This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and commercial execution. You won't just report on what happened - you will spot where performance can improve, where the system breaks, and what needs to change to unlock growth. The role combines analytical depth with strong business judgment and a clear bias toward impact.

Lead-to-Cash Governance (Core Accountability)

  • Ensure data integrity from lead generation through opportunity, close, retention, and expansion
  • Design, setup and monitor automated Quality Assurance and control gates prior to booking (pre-Close Won)
  • Validate that newly signed agreements are accurately captured in the CRM and downstream systems
  • Identify structural data and process issues early, before they affect reporting and operational outcomes
  • Act as an analytical partner to RevOps, Systems & Automation, Finance, and GTM leadership

What you will do at Speexx

  • Lead high-impact RevOps projects that unlock pipeline, improve conversion, increase retention, and reduce revenue leakage
  • Translate data signals into practical workflows, rules, and improvements that help Sales, CS, and Marketing execute faster and cleaner
  • Proactively monitor funnel health, forecast integrity, CAC, ARR, churn, and expansion - surfacing risks and opportunities early
  • Design and maintain automated QA gates across the deal lifecycle to ensure deals are clean, compliant, and bookable
  • Spot performance improvements and flag them early
  • Support the annual planning and goal setting process, including transferring them into Systems during rollout
  • Work with Systems & Automation to encode rules into CRM and tooling, reducing manual checks and rework
  • Support the ongoing evolution of our Power BI reporting landscape together with the team

What we look for

  • 5+ years of experience in either Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Sales Ops, or a similar analytical role in B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial funnels and Lead-to-Cash mechanics (Sales, CS, and Finance touchpoints) including CPQ systems (Configure, Price, Quote)
  • Ability to turn messy data and real-world complexity into clear insights and actionable solutions
  • Comfort working across systems (CRM, BI tools, automations) without needing to be a pure technical implementer
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior commercial and operational stakeholders
  • Mindset focused on decision quality, root-cause analysis, and scalable solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance (master's preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and data visualization (Power BI or Tableau); Understanding of ETL processes a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment
  • Fluency in English
