This is what you see yourself doing?

We attach great importance to providing our customers with the best customer experience and our SME Existing Business team plays a very important role in this! That is why we are looking for an Account Manager who will focus on our existing customers in Flanders for the smaller SME segment (1 to 35 employees). You will be part of our Spanish team in Barcelona and be in close contact with colleagues in our HQ in Belgium.

  • You are responsible for the management and further development of your own customer portfolio. From your commercial insight you will identify growth opportunities of your clients.

  • Because of your enthusiasm and open communication, customers will trust you. They can always count on you for questions or suggestions.

  • You will have remote contact with your customers several times a week. This can be via online demos, video calls, ... Furthermore, you work closely together with the business team in order to advise the best solution to the customer.

  • You can reach the right contacts at your customers and build a long-term relationship with them. You know how to open the right doors.

This is you?

  • Thanks to your commercial attitude and social character, you like to build trusting relationships with customers. Providing the best possible service is your priority.

  • You are a driven Account Manager and are taken into confidence by your customers as a sparring partner/ sounding board, so you easily pick up opportunities.

  • You have a great sense of responsibility and are therefore self-managing, organisational and proactive.

  • Fluent communication is second nature to you. You are able to dialogue with both internal and external contacts.

  • You preferably have a first experience in B2B sales and solution selling. Experience in SaaS counts for double points.

  • Given our international environment, you have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus, but certainly not a must!

  • Annual base salary between 35k and 45k depending on experience.
