What you'll build

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking ongoing projects within the Infrastructure Services Team
• Assist in preparing project documentation, leadership presentations, meeting minutes and reports for various stakeholders
• Contribute to internal initiatives to optimize internal processes and structures
• Perform research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and process improvements
• Help drive project status updates and follow-up on action items with relevant teams
• Take ownership of selected workstreams under guidance, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Support team members by their daily work and learn new technical insides

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) in a relevant program, e.g. Business, Management or a related field with IT focus
• First practical experience in project management, consulting, or a comparable working environment (e.g. internships, student projects)
• Basic knowledge of enterprise architecture management and interest in IT architecture and strategies
• Ability to quickly understand complex topics and contribute constructively to discussions and concept development
• High motivation to learn, take responsibility, and grow within an agile and dynamic environment
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
