In A Few Words

• You have experience in supply management, logistics, operations, or come from a top-tier management consulting background and are looking for a new challenge? Then you are in the right place!

• As Teamlead Fleet Supply Management, you will lead a central team within Operations and be responsible for steering and optimizing our fleet. You will work closely with various stakeholders and ensure that our vehicles are always ready and at the right location to optimally meet demand.

• In this role, you combine creative problem-solving with best practices in operations/ logistics/ fleet management, ensuring that processes are efficient and scalable - all within a dynamic, international environment.
  
  

The Role - Your Passion

• You maximize the availability of our fleet and ensure that vehicles meet the requirements of Commercial and our customers.

• You ensure vehicle readiness (including general inspection/TÜV and location management).

• You manage and control infleeting/outfleeting as well as fuel costs.

• You report and communicate your performance and planning quality clearly.

• You take on the leadership and coordination of a large team.

• You are responsible for stakeholder management and alignment with various departments.

• You plan and forecast fleet readiness and transfers.

• You drive automation and tooling in fleet management.
  
  

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field.

• Experience in the conception and execution of projects, ideally in an operations or performance context.

• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong problem-solving skills in Excel and data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI) or the willingness to quickly learn and adapt.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a talent for creative, disruptive ideas.

• Excellent English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus.

• Background in logistics, tourism, finance, retail, or international experience is an advantage.
