About the role

Revolut Media Solutions is building a performance led advertising and commerce ecosystem that includes Card Linked Offers, Points Based Offers, Affiliate partnerships, and on platform Ads solutions.

We are looking for a junior to mid level Partnerships Sales Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience who is motivated, commercially sharp, and excited to build pipeline from scratch. This is a true hunter role focused on outbound sales, cold calling, and growing a personal book of business.

You will be responsible for driving new revenue across our advertising and performance products, engaging directly with brands and performance marketing teams, and owning deals end to end.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and managing your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Booking and leading sales meetings with marketing and growth decision makers.
  • Pitching Revolut Media Solutions products including CLO, PBO, Affiliate, and Ads solutions.
  • Driving new business acquisition and expanding revenue within existing accounts
  • Owning individual revenue targets and activity metrics.
  • Managing a 360-degree (full-cycle) sales process.
  • Partnering closely with Product, Operations, and Account Management to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Developing strong knowledge of performance marketing, CPA models, and advertising economics.
  • Continuously building your network and strengthening your commercial relationships.

What you'll need

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and cold prospecting.
  • Experience building and managing your own book of business.
  • Background in advertising, affiliate marketing, digital media, performance marketing, or fintech preferred.
  • Strong commercial mindset with confidence pitching to senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient, target driven, and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions.
  • Fluency in English and another European language.

Nice to have

  • Experience with card linked offers, loyalty or rewards ecosystems
  • Understanding of CPA, ROAS, and performance based pricing models
  • Experience selling into digital or mobile app environments
  • Fluency in another European language

This role is ideal for someone ambitious who wants to grow quickly, own revenue early in their career, and build strong foundations in performance advertising and commerce partnerships.

Compensation range

  • Krakow: PLN11,100 - PLN16,500 gross monthly*
  • Poland: PLN11,100 - PLN16,500 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
