🎯 Your mission
We are looking for a curious and driven CRM Intern to join our team. As a CRM Marketing & Operations Intern, you will support the execution of day-to-day CRM activities in a fast-paced B2C sports environment. Your focus will be on one-off campaigns, promotions, sponsorship activations, and ad-hoc communications, clearly distinct from automated lifecycle flows.
You will work closely with the CRM Specialist and under the supervision of the Head of CRM, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and aligned with commercial, brand, and partnership objectives.
👩🏽💻 What You'll Be Doing
Assist with the setup, QA, and execution of CRM campaigns across different channels, such as email, push, in-app, WhatsApp, and more
Contribute to brainstorming and creating content for our monthly newsletters and community building efforts
Assist sponsorship-related communications and activations
Help manage and segment customer data for lifecycle and retention campaigns
Support A/B tests and performance analysis to optimize campaign and lifecycle results
Assist in building automation flows and customer journeys
Document processes and support with system hygiene and platform maintenance
Monitor CRM KPIs and help prepare performance reports and insights
Support in migrating transactional emails to Braze
🦄 Our Ideal "Player"
You are currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data, or a related field
You have an interest in CRM, marketing campaigns, lifecycle automations, marketing technology, and customer engagement
You are a data-driven, creative mindset with a knack for storytelling
You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
You have a proactive mindset and enjoy taking ownership of projects
You're analytical and curious-comfortable working with data, A/B tests, and performance insights
Any experience with CRM platforms (like Braze), HTML, or email marketing is a plus
You communicate clearly in English-both written and spoken. Other languages are a bonus!
