Digital Workplace Specialist

Main responsibilities

• Define, implement and manage Digital Workplace and Collaboration solutions
• Monitor and support Digital Workplace production environment to ensure high availability and performance
• Support Service Desk teams on complex incidents and requests
• Collaborate with other IT team members to deliver high-quality integrated solutions
• Review and articulate functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Produce key architecture/design documentations
• Document, maintain and update Governance documentation and best practices
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and/or third-party vendors for project execution.
• Monitor and track project progress and resolve issues that arise.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Perform feasibility assessments, planning, testing, and technical documentation
• Monitor progress of the project execution to ensure the design is followed by the implementation team
• Ensure resource availability and effective allocation across teams.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Document all aspects of the project and conduct post-project evaluations.

Technical Skills

Specific technical knowledge: Practical experience implementing and managing IT Collaboration and Workplace solutions, Identity Management, Device Management and security and MDM (IOS and Android). Experience in Incident Management, Request management and Change management ITIL procceses.

Specific tools: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Scripting, Freshservice.
