Técnico de Servicio Sénior - Flow

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our operations team based in the Madrid area. This role is focused on the maintenance, repair, commissioning, and technical support of industrial pumps and systems, providing service both from our workshop and directly at customer facilities.

• Diagnose equipment and system malfunctions and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Perform repairs, commissioning, maintenance activities, and modifications on pumps and systems.
• Carry out interventions both in the workshop and at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and recommend the most suitable solutions for customer requirements.
• Prepare technical quotations in collaboration with the Sales and Technical teams.
• Proactively promote spare parts, maintenance services, and service agreements.
• Coordinate technical communications with the company's international headquarters.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Field Service Engineer - Industrial Fluid Systems- Madrid
• An expanding service organization in Spain

• Experience in the repair and maintenance of industrial pumps, compressors, or related systems is highly valued.
• 
  
  Candidate would come from the. Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Energy, and Marine but Environmental,,Food & Beverage, or related process industries may be as well suitable.
• 
  
  Technician with hands-on experience in Installation and commissioning,Troubleshooting and repairs,Preventive and corrective maintenance,Pumps,Compressors, Vacuum systems,Metering and dosing systems or Rotating equipment could potentially be a strong candidate.
• Minimum professional experience of approximately 10 years.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Availability to travel to customer sites, subcontractors, and end users within Spain and occasionally abroad.

Our service activities are mainly reactive. Our objective is to become increasingly proactive in service, maintenance, repairs, spare parts sales, commissioning, and aftermarket support. The person we are looking for should therefore become the foundation of our future service organization in Spain and, over time, help build and develop a team of service technicians.
