Background in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Experience in retail and/or fashion/luxury is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organization, and respect for deadlines
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement (tools and/or processes)
Background in Supply Chain
Proficiency in English
Strong business acumen and analytical skills (advanced Excel required)
Power BI is a plus
Good communication skills

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic Orderbook Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from consolidating stakeholder demand and executing accurate order entries to overseeing modifications, cancellations, and allocations. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to data integrity, who can thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment while ensuring effective coordination and communication with key stakeholders.
Your role will be:
- Consolidating demand from stakeholders and executing order entry
- Performing modifications and cancellations in the system according to business needs
- Ensuring proper application of processes and procedures to guarantee data integrity and accuracy
- Managing internal requests from different departments, ensuring proper follow-up and execution
- Conducting data analysis to support strategic decisions and provide visibility on deliveries and service levels
- Executing allocation processes in the system based on business needs
- Ensuring coordination and communication with key stakeholders on critical deadlines for the company
