What you will do

As our new Finance AI Application Specialist, you will take ownership of our financial technology landscape and be a key driver of innovation. This is a high-impact role where you will not just manage systems; you will actively shape their future through artificial intelligence and intelligent automation. You will be crucial in designing and implementing the scalable systems necessary to support our rapid growth and next phase of expansion.

Where you will have impact

• Manage, maintain, and optimize our core financial systems, including NetSuite, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Actively explore, identify, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions and automation to reduce manual tasks and redefine our financial processes.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team, acting as a bridge between accounting and technology, and coaching them on the adoption of new AI applications.
• Lead and contribute to key projects, from implementing new software and integrating systems to building out complex automations.
• Provide first-line support to end-users, investigating and resolving system issues while proactively monitoring performance.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for systems and processes to build a scalable foundation for our finance operations.

• You have hands-on experience with AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• You possess a solid understanding of core finance processes and the impact of financial systems.
• You are proactive and independent, with a natural curiosity and passion for learning about innovation and technology.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• You are an excellent communicator, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating effectively across teams.
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

We welcome

• Direct experience with NetSuite administration and SuiteScript.
• A background in finance or digital transformation, perhaps from a consultancy firm.
• Broader experience across various finance functions like accounting, FP&A, or procurement.
