🌟 Mission

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of top sellers, driving performance through key marketplace levers (promotions, visibility, ads, inventory, etc.).

  • Provide strategic guidance to help clients reach their business objectives and maximize sales.

  • Analyze performance data (sales, traffic, conversions) to identify growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to improve account performance.

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

  • Implement visibility, optimization, and advertising strategies to enhance seller results.

  • Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans.

🌟 Who you are

  • At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, FMCG, or retail.

  • Strong commercial, analytical, interpersonal, and relational skills.

  • Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive with strong ownership.

  • High English level and fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
