Key Functions

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the Hardware Engineering team across all development phases, ensuring quality and completeness of deliverables
• Ensure compliance with the Hardware Development Process, including requirements management, design, verification, gate reviews, and releases
• Act as the main hardware interface towards customers and internal stakeholders, supporting technical reviews and issue resolution
• Manage hardware planning, KPIs, risks, change management, and open issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate hardware verification activities, review test results, and support quality, audit, and root cause analysis activities

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in hardware design and development, including schematic design, component selection, and design validation
• Proven leadership experience coordinating or leading a hardware engineering team in a project environment
• Solid knowledge of hardware development, verification, and requirements traceability processes (e.g. DOORS)
• Good understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Hardware Cybersecurity (ISO 21434) requirements
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in cross‑functional and customer‑facing environments
